You have 30 days to return the unit to us from the day your FORM collar arrives. We’ll refund you as soon as we receive your unit. In order for a refund to be valid, there must be no signs of visible damage to the sensor. Refunds do not include shipping costs from the customer to FORM Lifting, Inc.
