A standard Micro USB cable charges the device and will be sent with your collar. The charging cable does not include an adaptor.

The collar is a 2 inch standard Lock-Jaw collar that supports standard Olympic barbells.

You need the FORM collar as well as the FORM app which is available for both iOS and Android.

The suggested range to ensure max functionality is to keep the phone within 10 meters from the sensor.
